Conference Door Prizes & Resource Table

While making plans to attend the Kentucky Public Transit Conference in Lexington, we want to remind you to bring a door prize and items for KPTA’s Resource Table.

DOOR PRIZES:  As in the past, the door prize from you or your agency should be one that follows the community transit tradition of a clear cellophane wrapped basket containing items replica of your area, or a framed print of local art.  Keeping with the tradition, door prizes should be a value of at least $50.00.      

Please attach a business card to the door prize you bring, so that we can recognize those who donate these nice gifts.  Most drawings for winning prizes will be held throughout the KPTA EXPO/Tradeshow floor and in vendor’s booths. 

Vendors and associates may also contribute a gift to be given at the conference.

RESOURCE MATERIAL:  The resource table has proven to be a helpful tool for sharing technology, agency policies, training plans, transit forms and general information. You may also display news articles, brochures and written policy manuals with the opportunity for attendees to apply for more information after the conference. Such items as marketing ideas, including key rings, calendars, pens or other novelties are always welcomed.

Vendors are also invited to use the resource table as a method of distribution of items they regularly use in marketing services.

 We look forward to seeing you in Lexington, August 22-26, 2011. Come by and visit the KPTA Resource Table and see what the agencies are offering in the way of resources for 2011-12
