A video library for all your
training needs.
Choose a video from the list below and place your order by sending the information to
Pam Shepherd at FTSB,
along with your name, name of agency, mailing address, and telephone
number. You are limited to 5 videos and will be allowed to keep the videos for two (2)
weeks, or call Pam Shepherd or Daniele Milholland at 859-233-0066
for an extension. Late fees will be applied at $1.00 per day. The video must be returned to Pam Shepherd, postpaid.

artist. Please do not expose FTSB or KPTA to liability by
attempting to copy the media.

At the web site, you can order free shipping boxes and other
supplies for priority mail. Priority mail is safe and usually delivered
within 1-3 business days for only $4.05 for packages weighing up to 2
pounds. The advantage is "free delivery confirmation" that can be
checked online for confirmation that your package arrived at its
destination. The local post office charges $0.45 above postage
for this service.
